Air Panel Filter
Our manufactured Air Panel Filters are segmented in three types - Pre Filter, Fine Filter, and Hepa Filter. Pre filter’s media are 3 to 5 layers of HDPE wire mesh backed with GI/SS wire, 5 or more layers of wire mesh of different sizes pleated & straight formation, cotton net with wire mesh, PVC perforation sheet in crimped formation, the media then encased in a metallic frame/cardboard frame, uniformly separated by metallic spacer. In this filter, different guards are used for the protection of media. Fine Filter’s media are special compressed woolen felt/synthetic needle felt stitched with wire mesh. Hepa filter’s media are 100% micro glass fiber paper pleated over corrugated paper/aluminium separator encased in an aluminium/G.I. frame. - Face Velocity: 0.5 TO 3 M/Sec.
